We booked last minute as we had a mix up with an Airbnb. The staff were really helpful, understanding and friendly. The setting of the hotel is absolutely stunning views beautiful views all around and the accommodation was very clean and comfy, including for our dogs.
Breakfast was great and staff in the restaurant were really lovely. Great that there is a dining area for guests with dogs too!

Lovely small hotel right next to the river and only a very short walk from Betws-y-coed, staff were fantastic. Had amazing views of the river from our room. Great hotel in an amazing spot.
Only very small issues, bathroom was dated with cracked tiles on the floor and the shower drain cover was broken and didn't stay in place. Attached restaurant is nice but expensive.

Nice and clean. Helpful staff
The value for money was extremely poor.
I was charged an extra £147 for single beds as opposed to a double bed.
I was also charged £45 for a small fillet of fish and 3 new potatoes. This was not a find dining restaurant and feel it was ridiculously expensive and simply did not need to be.
