Very nice hotel as a whole and the room was exceptional, very clean, very comfy and very spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you needed
Nothing at all! Couldn’t recommend higher!

We arrived early from a cruise ship and expected to leave our bags until official check-in time. Instead Duty Manager Lisa bent over backwards and let us have a room that was already available. Her friendliness and that of Kristina who showed us the rooms was so much appreciated. It made for a memorable stay.
There are some stair to some rooms that may present a difficulty to elderly guests, but we had elevator access in this historic building.

Location in Amsterdam was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free coffee on the 2nd floor was also a bonus.
The room was very small and hard to move around with 2 people. Bed was against the wall so we were climbing over each other at night. Steep stairs were a bit tricky carrying luggage. Had some mosquitoes at night coming in though the open windows.

"Największa zaleta obiektu jest zdecydowanie lokalizacja, jednak obsługa jest równie świetna"
