Excellent location very close to train station and grocery store. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Excellent shower.
We stayed in the "attic" which has a steep ladder to climb. Did not have a toilet on our floor. Difficult at times to find an open toilet and had to check multiple floors to find one.

Everything, I would have liked coffee and night tea available.
I would have liked a walk through and to be shown how things work and were things were. I felt just thrown into a place I didn’t know where and what was there. The washers cost money too

So close to the train station and all the main attractions in Zermatt. Fabulous desk staff - so kind and helpful. Great recommendations. The outdoor balcony with view of the Matterhorn was a delight. Chairs and table provided allowed us to enjoy breakfast and evenings relaxing.
The pillows were thin - include at least 2 and consider a pillow upgrade soon :-)
