Beautiful property and home! The best place to stay in my opinion. It is a remote stay in an historic and beautiful home surrounded by beautiful Scottish country, but also is close to the lovely town centre of Innerleithen. A trip to Edinburgh is a simple £11 bus ticket. Absolutely worth it.
I have no complaints! It was quiet and peaceful with ample accommodations.

This was a very unusual and delightful location and property which must be unique or almost unique. Very beautiful and quiet but very quirky and enjoyable. Very accommodating hosts to our slightly late arrival. Respectful and discreet and with a great knowledge of the history of the house which was fascinating.
No shower although the bath was a beautifully traditional stand alone heavy bath tub

Quirky property in a quiet, secluded location. Excellent cycling and walking from the front door.
It's disconcerting that there are no signs (anywhere) to tell you you are travelling in the right direction, or even that you have arrived at the right place.
