It was a beautiful hotel. Loved the decorations and it's super clean! And the receptionist, gotta applaud Ms Mia for her professionalism at handling my request! Definitely will stay again.
I can't seem to find a hair dryer :(

Everything, the rooms were beautiful and clean, roomy to move around, modern and neutral.

Good room and lobby.
Locality was not good.
Staff was ineffective - didn’t get the bathroom water outlet cleaned despite personal visit to the reception, couldn’t open the wine bottle cork and spoiled the wine somewhat. Even seemed rude - as the language appeared threatening during check-in - as regards the compensation payable if damages caused to property
