Great position, small room but adequate for what you need.
No food in room rule, and we had to leave the card at reception when we left for the day.

The location is great, right around the corner from the Metro or bus. A couple of blocks from Notre Dame. Busy streets right in the Latin Quarter. Hotel has a restaurant as well. Fresh towels everyday and bed made. Hot shower, good water pressure. Small elevator, and I did not hear any street noise as I faced the back of the bldg. Great wifi. Standard breakfast, croissant, bread with cheese and meat cereal and yogurt - more than enough to start your day. If you can deal with no frills, you'll be ok.
It is a 2 star hotel, so the rooms are basic. No frills. I stayed in a single (not pictured on Booking.com) so it was more like a dorm room. I did not hear any street noise, I faced the back of the bldg. No coffee or tea available in room.
