Close walk to Dalyan shops and bus stop across the road

No large TV in room no laundry in room, no milk for tea/ coffee. Not enough pillows blankets on bed

Excellent breakfast,staff were very pleasant..

More umbrellas they seemed to be in short supply

the booked and extra paid room with terrace was confirmed with one king size bed. but at check in the reserved room wasn’t avalanche given to someone else. the alternative room had a small backyard balcony. also important to notice is the very dirty garden full of garbage, swimming pool was empty and was being filled in 3 days but non available to swim in. the room was dusty, dirty floors and not cleaned bathroom. in general the hotel wasn’t ready to welcome guests. the staff didn’t care much about their priorities and took some responsibility after making complaints.

the hotel in general wasn’t ready to welcome guests. the staff had to be reminded about their responsibilities. the housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms for 3 consecutive days. we had to ask for it.
