Holiday Homes Guest Inn - Ella

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place has such a lovely, homely feel to it and was really comfortable from the moment I arrived. Sumithra was absolutely lovely and so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She really made me feel at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our hosts were incredibily kind and hospitable. The location to central Ella is perfect, since it's very walkable but you're not in the loud part of Ella. The room was comfortable and perfect for our needs.

Special thanks to Miss Sumethra and Mr. Cyril for their outstanding hospitality! They were extremely welcoming, polite, and exceptionally cooperative throughout the stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, and their friendly attitude made the experience truly wonderful. Highly recommended!

The room was big and modern and built nice. Breakfast was good.

The first room had a bad smell of mold in the whole room especially the bathroom where the mold was visible, the staff were kind enough too switch a room, that room also had a bit of a smell but was better than the other one and the next day I found many bugs in the bed and worms all around the room when I told the staff they called the lady that apparently owns the place and she started screaming at me on the phone that it’s my problem that there’s bugs in the room and that her rooms are good and that I’m complaining too much and that I should take my stuff and go to a different hotel…
