The design of the hotel is well done — clean, modern, and visually appealing. Unfortunately, that is where most of the positives end.

In reality, this feels less like a hotel and more like a beach club with rooms. During the day, large numbers of day-pass visitors arrive and take over the pools and beach beds, leaving overnight guests competing for space. Loud music plays throughout the day on a looping playlist, which quickly becomes tiring. Before check-in we received two long messages full of rules, both ending in caps: “YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING ANY FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE HOTEL.” The tone felt unnecessarily aggressive and set the wrong impression from the start. Another basic issue: no potable drinking water provided in the room. .
