Simple hotel however that's all what I needed. It's located close to the main square and everything is reachable with a short(ish) walk. There are few restaurants nearby with fantastic food and bakeries. The receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable.

It is in the middle of the touristy area of Zagreb.
Because of the location, no need for a car.
Furthermore the local transit is very efficient.
The breakfast was generous.

Close to old Zagreb and easy walk around
The church bell sounding of every 15 min and the full count on the hour. So not for the early to bed or late riser. Last full ring at 10:00 PM and first ring at 7:00 AM.
