Zefiro B&B

I had the best stay at B&B Zefiro. As a female solo traveller, I couldn’t have felt safer or more comfortable. The location is great: quiet, but an easy 10–15 minute walk through the centre of Pompei to the archaeological site. Pompei station is also within easy walking distance. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic large terrace. After a long day exploring the ruins, it was bliss to stretch out on a sun lounger and read my book. The complimentary minibar drinks (including a little bottle of Prosecco!) were a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, with good-quality Italian coffee and pastries as well as ham, cheese and other savoury options. There’s a real sense that hospitality matters to Antonella and that she genuinely wants her guests to feel welcome and have the best time. She knows the area really well and is always happy to help, right down to my last morning, when the most convenient train for Naples left from a station a little further away and she simply bundled me into her car and drove me there! I would absolutely stay here again. There is so much more of the area I’d like to explore, and B&B Zefiro would be the perfect base with its convenient public transport links. Thank you, Antonella, for such an easy and relaxing few days.

Wspaniałe miejsce w Pompejach! Zefiro B&B zachwyciło nas przestronnym, pięknym pokojem i cudownym widokiem na góry. Pani Antonella jest niezwykle sympatyczna, serdeczna i pomocna. Śniadania bardzo dobre, a lokalizacja idealna – blisko centrum i ruin Pompejów. Duży parking to dodatkowy ogromny plus. Wszystko było perfekcyjne. Dziękujemy za cudowną gościnę i z całego serca polecamy! ❤️

Gorgeous Bed and Breakfast away from the tourist hustle of Pompeii. We loved our 4 day stay at Antonella's beautiful BnB. The apartment was huge for the 3 of us. The air conditioning in mid July was perfect and very welcome after the heat of Pompeii and other sites. It is very convenient to Pompeii being 15-20 min walk to the quieter Amphitheater entrance. We purchased a MyPompeii card which allows unlimited visits for a year, to both Pompeii along with the other amazing villas nearby. Much more economical and easier if you wish to go twice or more and not be time limited. Antonella's breakfasts were legendary. We hardly needed any lunch each day! There was some lovely non touristy local restaurants close by. Check google ratings and you can't go wrong. The area felt very safe to wander at night unlike perhaps Naples. The BnB is also very close to both the train to Salerno and the Circumvesuviana to Herculaneum. Antonella is the loveliest host always trying to ensure that your stay is perfect. We left feeling like we had made a new lifelong friend. We would not hesitate to stay again. Indeed we will probably have to revisit Pompeii again just to visit Antonella again.

Nothing, all was perfect.

The location was not upmarket and we were a little disappointed, but the hostess and facilities adequately compensated.
