Hotel Favori Nisantasi

A great variety of food to choose from. Very tasty and good quality.

Had a very comfortable, hassle-free stay at Istanbul Favori Hotel, and the staff were easily the highlight. Everyone was genuinely kind and accommodating from arranging a room upgrade and breakfast to holding my bags and promptly bringing up an iron when needed. The location is great, tucked onto a quiet street. Having stayed in plenty of hotels, even much pricier ones, with paper-thin walls, I really appreciated how quiet and restful the room actually was. Excellent shower pressure, too. Overall, it was a solid, comfortable base that made my time in Istanbul very enjoyable, and I’d happily recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to guest satisfaction. I accidentally left my wallet in the lobby, and it was safely returned to me the next morning. I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff and hotel management. Thank you very much! The breakfast was another highlight. Everything was fresh, varied, and very well prepared. I have traveled to Istanbul many times and stayed in many different hotels, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in the city. I especially appreciated that all the items that were supposed to be served hot were actually kept properly hot. The börek was also excellent! The location is great as well—close to the metro station and with easy access to the city center. If you enjoy walking in the evening, there is also a very pleasant walking route toward Taksim Square.

There wasn’t really anything I disliked about the hotel. If I had to suggest one small improvement, the lobby could perhaps offer a few more amenities—for example, one or two tables with comfortable chairs for guests who want to work on a laptop, as well as coffee or tea service and perhaps some updated seating. That said, these are very minor and subjective preferences, and I personally wouldn’t consider them weaknesses of the hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Location was quite good and reception staff was friendly and polite thumbs up for this

Breakfast was really poor. The selection was quite low. Food was bland. There were a few different types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, some bread some milk the coffee machine wasn’t working so we have been offered the Nescafe sachets and we didn’t had any proper coffee for the entire stay …room was cleaned daily but the facilities the shower and the sink were in quite a bad condition there was mould on the bottom of the shower Cabinet and rust on the sink tap Unless requested there wasn’t any drinking water into the room and no cups that we could use
