Very cosy cottage. Well equipped. The log fire was lovely, after a very rainy afternoon.
I hadn't realised how close to a busy road the cottage was, which was my fault, I'm used to a quiet residential street. But we soon got used to it and the road makes it very easy to get around.

The location and the hosts.
Toilet seat was very wobbly and the shower head had a mind of its own and would fall on you mid shower

Host was helpful and lives 2 properties away
Log burner.
Radiators very hot/effective
Cost was reasonable
Easy access to local amenities.
Garden may be a nice feature but not used (March weather!)
Log burner filled the lounge with smoke (instructions if any, to stop this would be helpful)
The bathroom and bedrooms were not clean.. Linda needs to check the cleaners work. Hairs in bathroom, damp towels, mould in shower and debris/dirt in bedrooms.
Bed 1 (double) was not comfortable.
Hallway has no heating and is cold, so have to keep doors closed to retain heat. Summer may be a different experience.
Very near to a busy A road so ine bedroom was noisy. Bed 1 looks out onto a building/reno site.
