The apartment was very convenient for exploring Lisbon. A++ to the staff that worked at the reception desk who were extremely friendly and helpful. Note that you do have to walk up a few flights to get to the apartment, but Miguel assisted us in getting our luggage upstairs. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.
We had a hard time controlling the a/c to a comfortable temperature during the night.

Good location - I walked everywhere and if it was a bit too far, the tram stops were close by. The staff were so lovely; very warm and welcoming and great to ask questions to. They recommended things that weren’t on my radar and I ended up going to just cause they were so passionate about it.

The location was excellent and the staff was extremely kind. The Bairro Alto neighbourhood is a great place to base yourself while exploring the city of Lisbon. The room was spacious and clean. No elevator is the only downside I can mention but this can be easily forgiven.
