Location, staff, hot water and restaurant
The room did not have insect screens and the door to the balcony jammed

Great location with a beautiful view from the balcony. Hot water is available 24/7. Delicious breakfast served fresh from the family. Kaniraj ,the host was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Few local restaurants around the area serves delicious homemade food. Property is well located away from the hassle of the city but not too far away from Munnar town.

It is located next to the tee plantations. Nice stuff, but English-speaking wasn't very easy.
The silicone joints in the bathroom were covered with thick green mold. I have never seen anything like that before. There was also a very strange smell.
Across the street there is an auto-rickshaw repair shop, so despite the location, it is not quiet.
