Our visit to Lilypad was the final stage of exploring the Waterfall Way. We were hiked out! And stayed in some remote locations on the way down from Armidale. We chose Lilypad based on prior reviews and were NOT DISAPPOINTED. Lilypad is ideally located away from the hustle and bustle. In fact, the only bustle was the plethora of birds flitting back and forth across the immaculate gardens. Birdsong was our entertainment. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the lily pond, chatting, reading books, enjoying a glass of wine.... Perfect. The kitchen was an ideal size, the outside BBQ (I want one!) ideal as a BBQ or an oven. I love cooking so we arrived fully provisioned and did not need to leave. Very well appointed cabin, comfy bed (we slept well) and the bathroom spacious with a private view from the large bath. We highly commend our host Salli, welcomed us on arrival, and then left us alone. Except when we asked a few questions, and Salli responded quickly. Lovely lady. Value for money, YES. Cleanliness, IMMACULATE. Noise level, BIRD SONG ideal, we heard no noise from anywhere else. The Gymea lily was spectacular. Salli advised it has only just flowered. It is spectacular and birds love it too, helping themselves to its nectar. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lilypad!!! Best Regards Mark and Theresa

Nil. Perfect.

Located several kilometres out of town, the peace and quiet was priceless. The view from the deck was relaxing and the sounds of nature surrounded us. The cabin was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the kitchen was well appointed.

All good, a great stay.

A beautiful little cabin that feels like a retreat, just a short distance out of Bellingen. Clean and comfortable, set in beautiful gardens. Breakfast supplies were a wonderful surprise, and greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing location, with all you need
