The staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and nice and clean.
There is no shower curtain so water goes everywhere when in the shower.
Location is really convenient for buses to all major attractions but there isn’t much around the actual hotel.

Staffs are very friendly. The facility looks a little bit old but looks antique which gives me good vibe. It was really close to where I had business and a subway station and bus stops are really close to the hotel.

Near public transport.
Carpet is very old, stained, worn and generally very grotty. Needs replacing.
Very loud due to bus stop being directly below window. Constant buses stopping and starting all night and they are loud. Add to that the general traffic noise and we were all constantly awoken throughout the night.
