Parador Maunacaribe - Maunabo

The pool was amazing looking right over the beach feels like the pool goes into the beach. The view was just outstanding.

Honestly, I’m usually the type that complains about anything I see however, on this trip, I enjoyed everything there was nothing that I saw that I didn’t like

Absolutely beautiful!

The restaurant is fine as long as you order the combos exactly as offered, including items such as white bread and bacon. However, requesting a simple substitution was disappointing. We asked for cheese instead of bacon and were charged an additional $2.14 for the cheese. After that experience, we decided not to return to the restaurant and ate all our meals at nearby restaurants instead. In my opinion, MaunaCaribe would benefit from a change in management, greater flexibility with substitutions, and better staff training in customer service and courtesy.

We like the location and the Ocean view. The facility is an overpriced parador.
