Absolutely beautiful Riyad. We stayed in the Al Akhdar suite with a beautiful terrace for 5 nights.
All the staff were so helpful and friendly with no request being too much trouble.
We ate at the restaurant once and it was the best meal of our trip.
Without a doubt one of the most beautiful and authentic hotels we have stayed in.

Its a stunning building but could do with a deep clean, areas like the terraces and hallways weren't well maintained.
The hammam massage was exceptional!
Breakfast was good but exactly the same daily!
Plenty of hot water.
Its more of a restaurant with rooms so finding available staff was tricky, its very noisy until 11pm so not a great place to rest.
Facilities like the pool aren't really available unless you want to swim in the middle of a busy restaurant!
TV didn't work at all. Daily cleaning was minimal, bed remade with same sheets.
