Casa Turchino B is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps four people. From Casa Turchino B you will enjoy a fascinating view of the swimming pool and of the garden. Casa Turchino B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 3 meters (9.8 feet) deep. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September, from 8 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a swing and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Patio
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the entrance hall through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed high window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the entrance hall through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a double-glazed high window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the entrance hall through a corridor.
