The meals were expertly prepared, very tasty and refined, quantity was just nice not overboard. The staff team were warm, helpful and good in communication.
The location is not so convenient if you need to do some sightseeing or shopping. They do provide transportation to and from the train station which was much appreciated. You need to inform them in advance.

Kirara was incredible. We were in the annex rooms, so it was very quiet. The absolute standout was the food. They accommodated our pescatarian diet with 9 lovely and innovative dishes, exquisitely presented. Service was top notch. A very design forward sitting chair and western beds were nice since we were jet lagged. Tub was super hot and comfortable for two. It was a nice first ryokan experience as we had the private tub.
Underground parking a little challenging

Excellent service by friendly and professional staff. Our room was big, very quiet and had a beautiful view of mount Yufu which we could see from the onsen on our balcony. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable.
We had dinner and breakfast which were both excellent.
Highly recommend this Ryokan.
Everything was perfect.
