Senses Hotel - Adults Only

What we loved most about Senses Hotel was the outstanding service and the way the staff treated their guests with genuine care, respect, and kindness. The location is perfect, close to the town centre and within easy reach of the beach. The breakfast was lovely, the pool was wonderful, and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, what truly made our experience special was the staff. Every interaction made us feel welcome and valued. A special thank you to Okan Metin Singo, the Front Office Manager, who was an incredible help throughout our stay. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. His dedication and willingness to help reflect the high standards set by the management and the entire team. It is clear that the people working at Senses Hotel take great pride in what they do and genuinely care about their guests. This level of hospitality makes all the difference and is what makes us remember our stay so fondly. Thank you to Okan and the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We would happily recommend Senses Hotel to others!

The view was amazing to wake up to every morning,rooms were fair ,, it’s more like a apartment block Than a hotel ,but staff were helpful & smiling with some great advice about restaurants & beaches

I’ve got to say the food ,,natural products at breakfast was fine ,,I like my boiled eggs too ,so I was fine ,,but the cooked stuff was dreadful,whatever the chef was dishing out on the hotplates wasn’t even food ,,then stayed round the pool one day wondering why the restaurant or eating area was empty at lunch ,,so give it a go ,just a simple toastie chips & a salad for the misses ,was the worst food I’d ever been given & I can normally eat anything,,then waiter took the lot back ,,to survive they seriously need to get a decent chef

Senses hotel is a beautiful little hotel that’s well maintained and well located with the Marina and Main bodrum beach strip easily accessible by local Mini bus which you can catch easily and cheaply from the front of the hotel. The ladies in reception and the hotel manager were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. A very special mention needs to go to the Super Metin who made our trip extra special! Metin runs up and down flights of stairs (in the bodrum heat) all day carrying heavy suitcases as if there are feathers. He was always friendly, always smiling and ever ready to help us with anything including catching the local mini buses. He was a real delight to meet and we will not forget him. Cok Tesekkur Ederim Metin! Breakfast was good and fresh. I have a gluten allergy and although there was no gluten free bread or baked goodies, they did have gluten free dry oats daily for those who can eat oats and plenty of yogurt, fruit, nuts and seeds etc to eat.

Housekeeping lets this hotel down. The rooms sometimes aren’t cleaned till 4:30pm and glasses and cups are not changed or washed daily. Coffee and tea are provided complimentary however not refilled after the first day. Towels are old and thin and hard and not what you would expect at a good hotel. Small things that would really elevate this hotel if paid attention to.
