Location as I was attending a function at the Ellington that evening - Ellington on the same block. Room was spacious enough, well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster and crockery
Quaint older style home - I was on ground floor. Lovely jarrah staircases
Frances met me and provided me with key.
Checked out early and worker was there and asked me about my stay.
Bathroom was a bit small with toilet and shower.
Bath towels could have been a bit fluffier.

It's a nice old building, the room was clean and bright.
The fixtures are a little dated but still a nice little place.

Great location, incredibly friendly and helpful host, room and facilities exactly as described and an easy check in and check out process.
Fairly expensive for quite an old place to stay that hasn’t been renovated and updated in a while. No parking on site.
