В номере протекала лейка душа, пришлось снять и пользоваться шлангом, в целом требуется косметический ремонт

Шикарное местоположение. За свою цену нормально+завтраки хорошие

Хотелось бы почаще чтобы убирались и чуть освежить хотя бы стены)

outdated shower, licking water

Great location, just 5 minutes from the beach, with all kinds of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Right across the street there is a great restaurant serving breakfast all day (recommended), as well as good coffee. The rooms are quite nice and fairly clean. There are small balconies surrounded by greenery, which is very pleasant. There is also air conditioning and a mini fridge.

The mini fridge is very noisy and should have been fixed a long time ago. The shower head is also broken - either the shower head itself or the gasket between the hose and the shower head needs to be replaced. There is a light fixture above the bathroom mirror, but there is no light bulb in it, which is quite important for anyone with a beard or mustache. The information in the room says that cleaning is done once every 3 days, but in reality, during my 8-day stay, my room was not cleaned even once. As a result, among other things, a lot of trash accumulated in the trash bin. Later, on the 7th day, I was told that cleaning was available upon request, but by then there was not much point in it anymore. There are also very few hangers in the room. The staff at reception also changes constantly, and none of them speaks either Russian or English well, which creates some inconvenience. The breakfast is very basic, more or less buffet-style, and the coffee is instant. There is nowhere in the hotel to get coffee apart from breakfast. Among the positives, I mentioned the balconies, but mine faced the inner courtyard, which also means the windows of the neighboring rooms. So keep that in mind if it matters to you. All the negatives I mentioned are really just minor issues and are not that important, especially if you are coming for a week just to relax and sunbathe. But in my opinion, they also reflect the overall attitude and level of service. Most of these issues could be fixed without much time or money, if there was a desire to do so. Considering the price, this is my rating. Maybe if the price were lower, the rating would be higher.
