The hot swimming pool, jacuzzi all around , very good place for kids. The rooms are kept very clean. Perfect home away from home
Paving can improve around the hot swimming pool, the rough bricks on surface can cause a person to be injured if not aware.

Staff were so helpful, everything was clean and even the spa was great. Secure parking and close to the waterpark. Pretty flowers
The game room didn't have as much games for smaller kids. Perhaps some puzzles?

Kate at reception was amazing - showed us around the facilities when we arrived. One morning for a short while there was a power outage, they brought us hot flask water to make coffee
