The views blew me away as did Rosemaries knowledge. Super great start!

The view from the lounge room/balcony was stunning (we were on the top floor), looking over the lake and to the mountains. There were even great views in two directions from the bathroom. It backs onto a reserve too, so that was pleasant. Hosts were very friendly and helpful while respecting our privacy. They served us a lovely fresh breakfast too.
Two sets of stairs to get to our level. This wasn't unexpected so we just packed overnight bags for our one-night stay, rather than haul up our full suitcases. It wasn't particularly clear at the time of booking though, if we'd have one set or two sets of stairs.

Location was great.
Would be better if the bed was in the other room on the top floor to enjoy the view more.

The bedroom was so comfortable with electric blanket on the bed, soft sheets, raised places for our suitcases, chairs to sit on, clean soft towels, spacious bathroom, little fridge, spacious lounge room we had all to ourselves and a balcony with stunning views. Car-space plus easy little shortcut walk into town centre. Breakfast was delicious & host Rosemary so accommodating for our early start. When our car broke down Rosemary was so helpful & went above & beyond to ensure my daughter didn’t miss her skydiving slot. Can recommend this guest house 100%!!
There was nothing not to like except sadly we could only stay one night.
