Really great stay (twice!) at Bushpig Backpackers. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We were able to store our big bags while we went to Jinja and they helped with an airport pickup at reasonable price. The location is very central and easy to catch taxis around the city or to Jinja/Entebbe. The shared bathroom/shower facilities were kept very clean. The in-house bar/restaurant is also very good and convenient!
Some noise from the street and at times nearby venues, but not too late into the night. As a light and early (9/10pm) sleeper it did not disturb me but don't expect it to be silent surroundings in such a central location.
A small reading lamp and a fan in the room would have been great, as it became a bit stuffy for sleeping with windows closed (to avoid mosquitoes and noise).

Good located, just 10min by walking from acacia mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice Bar/Restaurant with delicious food for reasonable prices.

Good location, staff are so lovely, good breakfast.
Bed was too small I couldn’t fit(177cm my height). there was no ac.

Bar/restaurant was reasonably priced and an easy place to connect with other guests
Towels and sheets were clean but smell sweaty. Could use a good wash with bleach to kill the germs. Toilets could use more frequent cleaning, especially on weekends.
Although the location is ideal, realize that it can be noisy at night given proximity to church, construction and just local noise
