The apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood overlooking the city and only a 15 minute walk from the bus station. Everything within the apartment was in good working order. Budva has a good energy!

Location is good.

The apartment was not very clean and was missing some basic things that you would expect in normal accommodation. There was no soap at the kitchen sink, no mop, no cleaning service during our 4-night stay, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided. There were also no curtains. I would not recommend the apartment with the park view. The staircase, which is used by many people, is right next to the apartment’s entrance door and windows. The windows are covered with a semi-transparent frosted film, but there are no curtains. The bottom part of the door has no film at all, so whenever someone walks past on the stairs, they can see directly into the apartment. I am attaching photos to show what I mean. The double rooms, however, seem to be okay. We saw one of them and it looked fine.
