First the hotel is beautiful. Gorgeous interior and the dining area is stunning and I wish we had taken advantage of it more. Next the staff was wonderful. Literally went out of their way to help us every day. The rooms were a nice size and I loved the room keys. Great location (lol walkable to Galarie lafayette, which wasn't great for my wallet) I absolutely plan on coming back since Paris is one of my favorite places.

The hotel was beautiful upon entering. Gorgeous property. Very well located, and the staff is wonderful. The rooms have nice big fluffy towels and the hot water didn’t sputter as sometimes happens in hotel showers.
The rooms are tired and need updating.

The staff was very kind, professional and extremely helpful when issues arose. This was probably the only highlight of the stay. Staff definitely matched the 4 stars, but hotel was way below my expectations.
The rooms were very dated with dirty carpets, broken lights/plugs/towel racks. The photos of the hotel rooms looked much nicer than what they were. I was disappointed because I was expecting a nice 4 star hotel for my birthday but was overall disappointed.
