The location is wonderful, overlooking the Soller valley, peaceful and picturesque. Near to Soller and Port de Soller it is ideally placed to make the most of these places as well as explore the Sierra de Tramuntana area.
The local roads are narrow and steep.

The house is located on a small hill and is a short 10 min. walk to the main square. You can also start a hike from the house to the next town Biniarix.
The terrace is very beautiful and the view amazing for watching the sunset. It is nice and shady to sit outside under the trees during the day.
The house is tastefully and locally decorated.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and eating.
The bedrooms are spacious, have each an air conditioning.
It is very quiet, there are no direct neighbours.
The driveway is a bit narrow, so would recommend a small car to get in.

Great location. Comfortable house.
The drive up to the house is not for a nervous driver. I would suggest anyone booking there use a small car. Don’t follow google maps. Go on the road that is close to the village shop.
