Great views and good location ,be it that you need to warn guests about the hill. Overall the apartment was tired and in need of a complete refurbishment. We had problems with oven, no hot water to kitchen tap, blocked drain in ground floor bathroom, leaking kettle ,electric override alarm and dishwasher needs fixing. But most concerning was the buzzer by the gate which was intermittently activated by passing cars, this was very annoying as we had to check to ensure no one was present….a real pain. These problems were reported and attempted to repair but most were beyond repair. The furnishings including beds mats etc need changing ,it has the feel of unloved and tied.
