Nothing

The ambience was perfect with slight drizzzling and close to nature. The room is spacious and enough bedding was provided. The view was too good. The staff were courteous and very polite and helpful

Nothing as such

The location and view was perfect. The room is good and sizeable for a family of 2 with a child. The breakfast was decent and the property has an excellent spa with a great masseuse. The staff was a bit untrained and unprepared for the long weekend rush. It was difficult to get things in time and seemed that the hotel was unprepared, especially in the restaurant. Many people complained and fought with the staff. The happy hours board said all drinks buy 2 get 1 free, but when inquired, cocktails and some other drinks were not included in the happy hours. The food taste was decent. The staff gradually realized their shortfall and were much better on day 2.
