Lemon Tree Hotel Srinagar

Quiet place in the army district of Srinagar . Closer to many location people would want to visit

Nothing .

Good location

Smelly bathrooms

Size of room location upgrade size of bed

slow lift breakfast capacity crunch missing towels in each housekeeping but provided later

The loc of property is good that is only good thing about it

The rates are overpriced. The hotel was empty they did not give me free upgrade . The room are ok not value for money . The staff lacks hospitality . Most of the boys who are in hotel are not trained lacks basic etiquettes. The quality of food is poor. The waiter staff doesn’t know basics of serving and lacks promptness and eye for details The restaurant is not cleaned I had dinner in the hotel though the timings of all day dining are from 11 to 11 but they refused to serve food after 10 The AC was not functioning in the room inspite of my request they could not repair it . Overall a very poorly managed hotel . It’s a good property under poorly managing staff
