Mirage Medspa Hotel

Breakfast was good with good choices. However, sometimes the breakfast buffet was not 100% ready at the advertised time, still with missing bread or shut off juice machines. One morning bread was completely absent. Otherwise, good

The reception staff speaks good English, but the restaurant staff is a bit lacking here. It was a bit difficult to navigate the restaurant menu options. Moreover, there was a somewhat reduced choice from the a la carte menu (one item asked for was not available). The staff needs a bit more openness with international customers. Wifi was at certain times very slow.

Food quality and variety could be better. Also, they charge spa access by the minute, I find that ridiculous.

Location is fine, big bed and tv screen

It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 star. The room window worked badly, it was really hard to close/open. The room looks outdated. The breakfast is really bad, cheap low quality cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs I couldn't touch, tasteless vegetables, awful coffee. Also, I arrived at 8 pm and had to check out at 10.30 am next morning, so I couldn't acces the spa area, as it closes at 8.30 in the evening and opens for swimming at 11 am in the morning. That was inconvenient because the only reason I booked this hotel was to get some swimming before work :(
