The Fort Resort

Perfect place in the forest for staying with urself. The newar architecture of the building and rooms is separate touch for my heart. I was looking for the place to be remote from noise. You can go walk to the cottages down, there is a stone path leading to the view point. There is a rooftop with a sunrise view. The room is spacious and well cared. Staff and service is very friendly and welcoming. Hidden gem with a vibrant vibe.

The property is truly connected with nature. It takes you back to the nostalgic vibes of the ’90s, which are rare to experience these days. The environment is incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I would choose this place again and again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful stay and wanting to reconnect with nature.

I’d say there wasn’t really anything we disliked! We had a cute little surprise when a sweet little monkey found our room door unlocked, wandered in, and helped himself to some of our fruits. 😊 Honestly, that’s part of staying so close to nature, and no one invited him—he just appeared out of nowhere! Our child was a little scared for the first few minutes, but after that, we all enjoyed watching him sit at our doorstep and happily eat the fruits. We captured so many photos and videos of this adorable little visitor. It turned into a fun and memorable experience, reminding us how beautifully connected this place is with nature. 🌿🐒
