100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·kwi 2023
The clerk at check in was fantastic! When I thought I had lost my cell phone she calmly helped me through a difficult situation; and when I found my phone she didn't make me feel stupid! She also arranged for us to have laundry done. The room was very large and comfortable. Very clean. Great restaurant on site. Lovely terrace. Wonderful overall!!
It was all so nice...

We loved everything about our stay. The staff was great, the property was very well kept and beautiful and was only about a 10 min walk from the town center/plaza.

The staff were wonderful, the restaurant amazing with panoramic views, the room comfortable and the location ideal.
The internet was weak in my room. the parking required cars to be "stacked" and someone forgot to get keys from everyone, so I had to wait in the morning for people to wake up.

Location and style of hotel
Not clean, uncomfortable bed, no AC, no TV in English, no flexibility of staff on early requests, rooms had no view
