Nice location and views 👍, close to the Pestana Palace, close to the river and near tram lines and stops, user friendly owner very patience and great service and communication 🙏✅ Great kitchen with coffee machine, strong cafe and lovely 🥰 vibes in room and all apartment 👍

good location, only 1 minute to the stop of Tram No.18 and Bus No.760, clean room and very kind stuff.

Przyjemne mieszkanie z kilkoma pokojami, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona

Ręczniki prane prawdopodobnie w niskiej temperaturze, co niestety można odczuć przy wycieraniu się.

- From the day we arrived, the communication was super easy and smooth. Pedro is always available for any questions (he even responded to a question at 2AM in the morning!) - we celebrated my partner's birthday and received a nice gift from the place which we really appreciate! - the facilities include everything you need for a short stay

- communication through booking.com wasn't very clear before our arrival (but was super easy after > see pros) - the place wasn't clean, there was a surrounding smell in the whole flat and even some flies - we ran out of hot water one night (the boiler may have broken so this might not be a usual issue) - the place is a bit far from the city centre and the public transport is totally unpredictable so if you have to be on time somewhere you better calculate with an additional 30 minutes travel or Bolt (which is quite affordable though)
