We had a phantastic time. Very well located to hide away from the tourist masses. Nice Restaurants close by. Nicely furnished. Can only highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for 2 days. This is a lovely and tranquil apartment away from the hustle the main canal. There is a water taxi stand a few feet away, which it's very convenient. Markets and restaurants walking distance

Our short stay at this property was excellent - we had everything we need, the apartment was spacious, clean and with lovely character. The location is perfect - close to the Biennale but away from crowds. The host was easy to communicate and very welcoming. Our only wish was to have stayed longer!

The eléctrical setup needs work - - the lighting in the bathroom doesn't work, so there is a standing lamp set up next to the toilet, but not on a switch. Also, one of the beds is missing slats under the mattress, making for a very uncomfortable night, but I believe the manager/owner will be fixing that. The location is adorable - - pretty far from the Grand Canal and all that jazz, but it's close to the Arsenale boat options and walkable to a grocery store and all the restaurants and cappuccino places you could want! We appreciated having enough chairs and seats for all 7 of us to sit around and visit.
