Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although it is older and most units need remodeled we will stay again. It is perfect location and it is not a hotel room. It has a small kitchen and separate bedroom. The unit we stayed in was outdated, refrigerator froze everything, bathroom needed attention.

Unit is dated but was clean which is what was important to us. Kitchen was stocked with the basics to eat in. However the fridge was old and not able to turn down so it kept freezing everything we put inside, time to replace. Otherwise we would stay again.

I stay in a different unit every time I go and last week I stayed in 412 which was a huge disappointment. Tho the employees did take care of me the unit itself is very rough. Please stay with Oak Square but not unit 412.
