Villa ACAEPA is a really lovely villa in a nice, quiet part of Benissa. It’s decorated with great taste, and we felt at home right away.
We had a fantastic four-week stay and honestly I don’t have anything negative to say, just a few suggestions.
I always treat a rental property like it’s my own. The only thing I’d recommend is giving the doors and locks a bit of oil once a year. One of the doors was a little difficult to open, and I adjusted a couple of the kitchen cupboard doors because they were rubbing together.
Other than that: all positives! The owner should be very proud of such a beautiful villa.

The villa was in a quiet location but not far from the beach and shop. It was clean. There was plenty of outside space and had lovely gardens
As we rented for a week we needed more towels and tea towels. Pool towels would have been good too.
Needs to be an information booklet of the area.

La piscina, junto al porche, son una maravilla. Hacer vida en el porche es una gozada. La cocina muy bien equipada y la decoración es muy bonita.
Dentro de la casa hace demasiado calor, el aire acondicionado la haría
