Zakynthos Hotel

We stayed at Zakynthos Hotel for 4 nights on an All-Inclusive basis and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The food was good with a nice variety of options, and the All-Inclusive package made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Zakynthos Hotel for a relaxing holiday. A kert, kilátás, konyha, személyzet kedvessége

The location is great: You have Tsilivi and Zakynthos Town very close by car, the area is very quiet, away from the noise. Perfect for families and couples. The bed and size room is perfect for mid and long stays. You can park your car at the door of the hotel. The swimming pool and common areas are great. Great breakfast! (just the coffee machine didn't reach my expectations)

The variety of food is very low (especially if you are vegeterian or vegan). My partner is vegeterian and she ate salad and spaghetti the whole stay because most of the options were meat. The food and drinks quality is not the best, but understandable for the price you pay. Cockstails weren't the best and the coffee machine is an automatic one in poor conditions. Secondly, we didn't have the best experience from the staff in front desk and food area, considering that Greece is famous for the welcoming hospitality. We have been in Greece several times, and this was the first time I didn't like the staff service. Lastly, the bathroom was terrible. Shower is very old and the water quality in general is very bad (including the toilet and sink). I think the room bathroom was the think we didn't like the most.

Szép volt környezet, hangulatos

A szobák, főleg a fürdőszoba nem volt elég tiszta, nagyon elavult volt minden benne, megvoltak a csapok és más fém kellék rozsdásodva. Az ételek általában hidegek voltak és az is gyengébb minőség. Szerintem nem felel meg három csillagos szállodának ha mindent egybevéve értékelem.
