Diving with them was an excellent experience. The equipment was well-maintained, Afif was very professional, the staff was very friendly, and the food was very nice as well.

Near the beach, near shop & restaurant

The location is excellent, right by the beach, and the staff were always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s a convenient place to stay on the island and I had no issues at all with the staff.

I stayed for five nights and my room was not cleaned once during my stay, nor was I asked if I wanted it cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels myself after three nights, and I was surprised that toilet paper was not provided. The room also had a noticeable damp smell, even with the air conditioning and fan running. The photos online did not really reflect the room I actually stayed in, which was disappointing. The location and staff are great, but the accommodation itself could definitely improve in terms of housekeeping, cleanliness and maintenance. I also found both the food and diving offered here quite expensive compared with other options on the island, so I chose to dive elsewhere.

Location. Got sun throughout the day

Male receptionist with short black curly hair, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had requested a lower bunk on booking.com and face to face 3 times and was repeatedly told that it was fully booked. 2 beds in my 4 bed dorm were available and one was the lower bunk. Not only did I get sick that night due to the fan right next to me as well as the ac, I lost a day due to getting sick on the top bunk. In the morning I spoke to a lady called Ina who told me that the I practically had the room to myself during my stay and that I could move to the lower bunk. When confronted that curly haired guy he didn’t accept responsibility and blatantly lied to cover up his tracks that someone was arriving today and he had reserved for them. When challenged that I was shown the booking system by Ina that there were no other bookings he just laughed. Breakfast is also poor quality and presentation - it’s slapped on to a plate. Coffee dripping from the sides of the cup. Customer service standards are poor
