Right near the beach. Beach access from property. Spacios, plenty of room.

The only downside to this property is the extremely late 4pm check-in. The live bands from the Sea Witch Tiki Bar across the street is extremely loud and actually rattles the widows from 8pm to 12 midnight; but that didn’t really bother us.

Perfect location, everything was as advertised and the host was prompt in their responses.

We recently stated at this beachfront property and while the location seemed nice and convenient, the home itself was disappointing for the value. Everything seemed dated, both in decor and overall condition. Many of the lights had different switches, pull chains, or operating mechanisms, which made it unnecessarily confusing to figure out basic lighting throughout the house. One of the biggest drawbacks was that the windows did not open (easily if at all), making it difficult to get fresh air and enjoy the ocean breeze. The deck also needs attention, as we got several splinters while using it if not wearing proper shoes. The listing did not accurately reflect amenities. A grill and a few kitchen appliances were available to use, these were not advertised which resulted in extra planning and taking up space available when traveling in. On the other hand make sure to bring your own tin foil, storage containers, toilet paper, paper towel ect as this is not included. The beach location is definitely the highlight, but the property would benefit from updates, better maintenance and clearer communication about amenities.
