Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben we gehad in het appartement van Analia! De ligging is perfect: vanuit het appartement loop je gemakkelijk naar alle belangrijke en gezellige wijken van Palermo. Het appartement zelf heeft enorm veel sfeer en ruimte. Prachtige hoge plafonds, twee balkons, een grote woonkamer, een ruime keuken, twee fijne slaapkamers en maar liefst twee ruime badkamers. En dan het dakterras als absolute kers op de taart! Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen, compleet met buitendouche. Alles was top en we voelden ons hier meteen thuis. We hebben ook de moeder van Analia ontmoet en zij was werkelijk geweldig: ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het appartement ligt op de vierde verdieping en er is geen lift. Voor ons was dat geen enkel probleem, maar het is wel goed om te weten dat je een redelijke conditie nodig hebt voor de trappen. Eenmaal boven is het de klim absoluut waard! The largest short-term rental apartment I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, with a nice rooftop patio, jacuzzi bath, comfortable furniture, and nice art. Very welcoming hosts as well. Parking was easy in front of the building.

Fourth-floor walk-up, as others have noted, but the hosts carried our bags up for us on arrival and the stairs were really not too bad.

Owner is fabulous and always responded quickly to any questions prior to or during our stay. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Washing machine and dishwasher a bonus. It’s very spacious with one bedroom/ one bathroom downstairs and one bedroom with ensuite upstairs. Roof terrace was a great place for a drink after the sun went down. Easy walk to historic centre and well connected on town buses. Possible to walk to main train station but much easier on Bus 101 if you have luggage. Nicely decorated and very clean. Aircon in bedrooms and living area very effective. Highly recommend.

Firstly, Analia and her mother are absolutely lovely, very attentive and thoughtful - 5-stars for the hostesses! The apartment is large and comfortable in a quiet street. It’s a 5-min walk to the centre of the city. Very comfortable beds, and great that it has two bathrooms. Nice roof terrace.

It’s on the top floor, and the stairs are hard work (there isn’t a lift). It needs more cutlery. Might be nice to have a couple of sun loungers on the terrace rather than only seats and chairs?
