Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 85 m2, located in a building with an elevator and with optional parking in the same building (30€ / day).

Our apartments for a long stay in Barcelona are located in the best areas of the city, very close to the best clinics and universities, among them:
Clinics and hospitals: Clínica Barraquer, Clínica Planas, Centro Médico Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, Clínica Sagrada Familia, Hospital Vall d'Hebrón, Clínica IMO and Hospital San Pablo.

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

NOTE: Please note that in this building we have 2 other apartments with very similar characteristics. They are ideal for large groups as you will be able to enjoy your own space and privacy, but is very close to your own. Please note that we can also provide you with everything you need for your breakfast directly in your apartment for your convenience. We have different types of breakfasts and snacks depending on your needs. Don't forget to ask us about prices 😊.
For your comfort, we also offer you the best optional services such as: extra cleaning, private parking, baby crib, high chair, chauffeured transfers to and from the apartment, 24 h emergency service, optional breakfasts, incredible discounts for tickets to the main tourist attractions in Barcelona.

I spent one month in this apartment and i was very sad to leave it at the end because it felt like home, it was very clean and very well equipped i didn't have to buy anything, also the location was perfect for me everything was close, i will dfefinitely come back next year.

Op korte loopafstand van een metrostation een prima appartement. Wel gek dat voor een 7 persoons appartement het ingedeeld is voor 5 personen (5 stoelen, 5 kopjes, 5 borden). Er zijn 8 slaapplaatsen, vier slaapkamers (1 slaapkamer is een beetje gek; ergens onder) maar ach, je ligt er met je ogen dicht. We hebben er een heerlijke tijd gehad. Twee badkamers (boven) met douches en wc's. Iedereen 1 handdoek (voor 4 dagen), maar er is een wasmachine en droger, dus even wasmiddel kopen en wassen dan. We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Alles is in de buurt; supermarkt en bakker. Prima plek! We zijn uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen. Het was schoon!

The place is very small. Bathroom is small. I would say 3 bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a very low ceiling only fit for kids. Has a large living room and dining room. The 3 bedroom only one has a queen size bed. The place can be loud. If you want convince book else where.
