Kristi House

We originally booked Kristi House for just one night… and ended up staying for four! We absolutely loved our time here and Chiang Mai in general. The location is great, the amenities have everything you need, and there’s such a friendly, social atmosphere. We especially loved the common areas, it’s the kind of place where you can easily meet people, hang out and feel at home. A HUGE shoutout to Nancy, who honestly made our stay 100% better!! She is always so happy, bubbly and welcoming, and genuinely made us smile every time we saw her. She really brings such a great energy to the place and was a big reason we enjoyed our stay so much. We’re so glad our one-night booking turned into four. Would definitely recommend Kristi House to anyone staying in Chiang Mai!

We loved staying here in Chiang Mai, the staff were so lovely and helpful from the off. Room was great and clean, had everything we needed including a fridge which is so handy when travelling! Free snacks and hot beverages available all round the clock too.

Great location, great price , friendly staff

Had a serious issue with our toilet blocking from the second we arrived. Every time it was flushed would overfill the bowl and flood the bathroom floor. Lucky I’m a plumber as had to unblock it myself many times. 2 occasions we had staff in the room in which one of them was just given a plunger to do it myself after explaining I’m a plumber and it’s not the toilet that’s blocked it’s the full system. Was here for 4 days and nothing was done about it from the staff. Every time it was mentioned they just speak in local language and laugh at you
