Busan Station BUSAN VIEW HOTEL

I liked almost everything about the hotel. I especially appreciated the free upgrade to a king suite. The location is perfect; only a half block from the Busan train station entrance. They also held my luggage before and after my stay in their CCTV monitored inner-lobby.

The staff can only be reached by phone between 12:00-16:00 local time. Becuase I can only use WhatsApp for calling internationally, I would not have been able to reach the staff. I would have appreciated a guide to the remotes (TV, A/C) in English.

The Bed and wash room was so clean and wash room was with good facilities.

Room is spacious, location is close to subway very convinient for travelling back and forth in Busan

Will not be staying there again. Place is run down especially the room floor, only provide hand towels size not a bathing towel. We arrived in Seoul at 6am in the morning and ask if there's an exception we can check-in right away because we tired from travelling the reply was just "no way" that is a very rude customer service. Check-in time was 4pm with the remaining energy we got to reach the hotel room was not ready we waiting for almost an hour to get our room ready. Very disappointed....
