Definitely everything, especially the sincere help and service from the staff! Vlad and the other gentleman tried their best to need every need of ours! We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately no rooms were available then!

The most amazing boutique hotel. Best welcome, bedrooms, breakfast and hospitality from Vlad and team. Such a special property.

One of the best guesthouses I have ever stayed in my life. I was greeted by one of the owners, Vlad who welcomed me very warmly and showed me around the place.
The actual guesthouse is beautiful, and they explain the history of the building as well.
Breakfast was phenomenal, cooked freshly with changes each day.
Location was unbeatable, 15-20 min walk to most tourist sights.
Staff spoke very good English and they helped me with all my questions.
You can tell that the property is well cared and look after.
No complaints. There was construction on the road in front of the guest house, you can’t take Yandex directly to guesthouse so they drop you off a couple mins walk away.
