The location is fabulous… even getting the Alibus from the Airport was straightforward.
I was informed by the host of a nearer stop to get off at. I got into the property with Andreas? and he was very helpful in explaining everything to me.
My room and bathroom were spotless and the air-conditioning and fridge were welcoming.

Very central location. Excellent quality. Very clean. Caring staff. Would recommend. Tip: try the Chinese restaurant around the back.
The only issue would be locating the hotel. There is no signage outside, and when the building is found no signage inside. Ring them - they will help

Fantastic location, right outside a metro station and a 5 minute walk to a lot of restaurants. The rooms are located in an old building which had a certain charm, but the rooms are all new creations. The room was clean and the bathroom was excellent. The staff were very helpful. You get a small breakfast in a cafe next door which we found a pleasant contrast to big hotel buffet breakfasts.
I would not have liked to arrive outside business hours as the building is locked and I would have been relying on prior communication with the owner to make sure I got in. However, as noted above, staff were very attentive.

Good location
There is no heating, except ac which didn’t work on heating, the “Italian” breakfast included (one croissant and a coffee served at a nearby cafeteria), and the cleaning lady who stole one of my body products.
