Bed was comfortable.
We were told that breakfast was served between 7.30 and 8.30 am, which in practice meant that guests had to have had their breakfast before 8.30 - we were refused a coffee refill at 8.40am because he'd finished serving.
The room was cold, the radiator didn't work.
The shower tray was blocked, filled up with water.
The handle on the toilet cistern fell off several times.
